Triaxial Permeability
Our advanced laboratory in Doncaster is equipped to handle a wide range of soil types. At PSL we test permeability by the triaxial method in accordance with industry standards and best practices. Samples are placed into a triaxial cell and encased in a rubber membrane (flexible wall). The cell is then filled with water and once connected to the pressure unit the sample is saturated and pressurised.
